This tutorial is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tuts is purely coincidental. This tutorial is for personal use only, using it for monetary gain is against our TOU's.

Gimp

PTU kit from Tasha's Playground called Totally Rad HERE

Tube of choice. I am using the art of Elias Chatzoudis. You must have a license to use these tubes. You can purchase them at PTE HERE

Template- Lips Like Sugar from Crazy Cakes Scraps HERE

Font- Pea Noodle's Girlfriends

Lets begin!

-Open template. Delete credits. Image>Scale Image 450x450 pixels. Image>Canvas Size 600x600 pixels and make sure to click center.

-Let's add papers to the template layers. Make the template layer active (see below). Right click template layer in layer box and choose alpha to selection. Open paper (see below). Right click paper layer in layer box and choose add alpha channel. Layer>Scale Layer by 60%.Select>Invert. Press delete on your keyboard. Select>None. Delete the original template layer.Here are the template layers and which papers I used:

raster 2- paper 8 Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow 2, 2, 2, black, 50

rectangel- paper 2

big hear & big heart- paper 6 Filters>Repeat Drop Shadow

lil rect 1- paper 10 repeat drop shadow

lil rect- paper 11 repeat drop shadow

circle 2- paper 7 repeat drop shadow

circle 1- paper 11 repeat drop shadow

part oval- paper 15

back rect 1- paper 18

raster 1- paper 20 repeat drop shadow

-Make wart 2 active. Layer>Layer To Image Size. Filters>Noise>RBG Noise on default. Alpha to selection. Select>Grow 2. Layer>New Layer. Move new layer below this layer. Change foreground color to white. Select the bucket fill tool. Fill Selection. Select none. Repeat drop shadow.

-Make wart 1 active. Alpha to selection. Add new layer and move below this layer. Grow by 2. Change foreground to ff8fd2. Bucket fill selection. Select none. Repeat noise and drop shadow.

-Open frame 2. Move below the blue square layer in the layer box. Scale 50%. Place in the middle of tag. Select the magic wand. Click inside the frame. Grow by 5. Open tube. Make sure tube layer is above frame. Scale 75%. Place tube on top of frame. Layer>duplicate Layer. Move the duplicate tube below the frame layer. Invert & Delete. Select none. Make the original tube active. Select the eraser tool. Erase the bottom part ofthe tube so it look like she sticks out of the frame.
