This tutorial is of my own creation and any resemblance any other tut is purely coincidental. This tutorial is for personal use only, using it for monetary gain is against our TOU's.

Supplies:

Gimp or program of choice

PTU kit Cursed from Tasha's Playground. You can purchase this kit exclusively at The PSP Project 

Tube of choice. I am using the art of  Alehandra Vanhek. You must have a proper license to use these tubes. Purchase the one I used at Pics For Design.

Template 190 from me HERE

  -Open template. Delete credits. Image>Canvas Size 650x650 px and click center.

-Let's add papers to the template layers. Make the template layer active (see below). Right click template layer in layer box and choose alpha to selection. Open paper (see below). Right click paper layer in layer box and choose add alpha channel. Select>Invert. Press delete on your keyboard. Select>None. Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow  2, 2, 5, black, 50. Delete the original template layer. Here are the template layers and which papers I used:

1- paper 2

2- paper 1

3- paper 6

4- paper 5

5- paper 3

6- paper 4

7- paper 7

8- paper 8

wa 1- paper 9

-Repeat drop shadow on wa 1 back.

-Add drop shadow of 1, 1, 2, black, 50 on wa 2 & wa 3layers.

-Open tube. Make the top layer in layer box. Layer>Scale Layer 30%. Place on center of tag. Add drop shadow of 2, 2, 5, black, 50. Layer>Duplicate Layer. Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur on default. Change mode to soft light.

-Open frame 3. Move below all the word art layers. Scale 65%. Place on center of tag. Select the fuzzy select tool (magic wand). Click inside frame. Select>Grow 5. Open tube. Place in selection. Invert & delete. Change the mode to value. Repeat drop shadow on frame.

-Open background. Make the bottom layer. Place on center of tag. Repeat drop shadow.
